Bodhi Express is the first, all-vegan dining experience to open at Crocker Park. Located at 135 Market Street, Bodhi Express is open daily from 11:00AM-9:00PM. This opening adds a new fast-casual restaurant to the already bustling mixed-use center in Westlake.
Bodhi Express features 100% plant based Asian dishes that are good for you and great tasting. They start with fresh vegetables chopped daily, then add tofu or a plant-based protein to create delicious and familiar Asian dishes bursting with flavor. From Sichuan to curry to sweetly sour, Bodhi Express offers an array of flavors that will enlighten your taste buds.
Andrew Hom, a Westlake resident, manages the restaurant and is excited to introduce the restaurant to the people of Westlake. His mother has been a vegan for 15 years and inspired this menu. “It is very exciting to bring healthy, totally vegan Asian cuisine to Crocker Park! It’s been a long road, but we are happy to join the community.” He adds, “our food tastes so good that customers are surprised its vegan!”
Stop into Bodhi Express to try the Orange Gardein Chicken, the Black Pepper Cauliflower, gluten free Curry Potato with sides like Lo Mein, Fried Rice and Mixed Greens. You can also treat yourself to an Almond Jelly or Fruit Cup, and no meal is complete without one of their specialty iced teas.
